If you’ve fallen in love with one of our puppies but live too far away to drive or can’t pick up the puppy in person, don’t worry! We can arrange for same-day or next-day delivery. Your new furry friend can be shipped to your nearest airport or delivered straight to your home. Delivery prices vary depending on your city, state, and country. 

Typically, your puppy would arrive within 2-8 hours for US deliveries, 10 hours for Canada, and a maximum of 48 hours for international deliveries from the time of departure. 

Please note that sometimes delays can occur, so it’s important to regularly check the tracking number to monitor the shipping progress. 

Shipping Process: 1. We collect your details and the details of the puppy you’ve chosen. 

2. We take the puppy to the pet delivery service. 

3. We register and pay the delivery fee. 

4. A tracking number is provided so you can monitor the shipping progress. 

5. Your puppy is delivered within 24 hours. 

6. Congratulations! You have a new family member. 

We recommend taking your new puppy to your vet for a check-up. Nationwide Delivery Requirements: If you decide to have a puppy shipped to you, we’ll need the following information:

 1. Full names (as they appear on your ID, which you’ll need to show at the airport cargo desk when you pick up your puppy).

International Delivery Requirements: 

For international customers, please contact us for a quote if you decide to have a puppy shipped to you.

 We’ll need the following: 

1. Full names (as they appear on your ID) 

2. Full names of a backup person who can pick up your puppy in case of an emergency 

3. Your physical address (cannot be a P.O. Box) 

4. Two phone numbers where you can easily be reached 

5. The name of your county 

6. Names of the two closest airports to you
